This policy describes how Pop In Pros LLC (“Pop In Pros,” “we”) handles information when you use https://popinpros.com and related booking, chat, service agreement, and payment tools.
What we collect
- Pop-in requests: name, phone, optional email, location/details, service preference, and timing.
- Service agreements: customer name, phone, email, job scope, location/schedule notes, price, electronic signature (name + drawn signature image), signature time, and technical metadata (e.g. IP and browser) for our records.
- Payments: payment status and amounts for a job; card numbers are processed by Stripe and are not stored on our servers.
- Reviews: display name, email (for ops only), rating, review text, optional service—if you submit a review.
- Chat: messages you send via our Typebot assistant (processed by Typebot as our provider).
- Analytics: privacy-friendly traffic metrics (e.g. Cloudflare Web Analytics) such as pages viewed and approximate location/device type—not used to sell personal profiles.
How we use it
- Respond to and fulfill pop-in requests (Same-day response guaranteed).
- Prepare, send, and enforce custom service agreements and collect deposits or full payment.
- Improve the site and service quality.
- Publish reviews only if we approve them (email is never shown publicly).
Sharing
We use service providers to operate the site (hosting, email delivery, chat, analytics, and payment processing via Stripe). We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Request, agreement, signature, payment, and review records are kept as needed for operations, tax, and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete or correct information by contacting us through the site chat or booking form (some records may be retained where the law requires).
Your choices
You can decline analytics via browser tools where available. You control what you submit in forms and chat.
