Services

Pop In Pros provides on-demand pop-in help across the San Francisco Bay Area. Submitting a request is not a guaranteed booking until we confirm. Availability, scope, and pricing are confirmed case by case. We do not publish a price list on the Site.

Service agreements & payment

For many jobs we send a private link to a custom service agreement. That agreement states scope, price, and whether a deposit or full payment is due. By signing electronically and paying, you accept that agreement’s terms for that job. Online card payments are processed by Stripe. Site terms still apply to use of the website itself.

Requests & response

You may request help 24/7. We guarantee a same-day response to requests we receive. The timing of any visit is agreed separately when we accept work.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Site (spam, abuse, scraping that harms the service, or illegal requests). We may refuse or cancel work that is unsafe or unlawful.

Reviews

If you submit a review, you grant us permission to display your display name, rating, and text if we choose to publish it. We may decline to publish any submission.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pop In Pros LLC disclaims warranties regarding uninterrupted availability of the Site. Service work is governed by the confirmation we provide for each job.
